You can download a FREE evaluation copy of RoomMate simply by clicking on the download link below. The program is fully functional but is limited to 25 room bookings.

When you decide to purchase RoomMate we will provide you with a registration key. The next time you run the program you can enter the registration key so that the limitation is removed.

The file to be downloaded, rm_install.exe, is a self-extracting zip file (size 2.18 MB). When you run the file, RoomMate will be installed in the folder C:\RoomMate, a shortcut to RoomMate will be placed on your desktop and the program will be added to your Start menu. If you wish to uninstall the program, open your Windows Control Panel, click on Uninstall a program and select the program from the list.
